	Babe, thanks for your valuable feedback. The same type of cushion is being used for wrapping electronic goods.. so you can be sure its pretty hardy :) Nevertheless, we will take your feedback into consideration and continue to source for better "protection" materials for our items! Item of transaction: 3 custom made necklaces.
Feedback: stacy is a dear! & she looks cute!!! ;X

custom made 3 necklaces and she patiently did the layouts for me. very fast & efficent. when the necklaces are ready, she packed them in cardboard for protection & also wrote fragile on it. (: very thoughtful of her! (:

but horror of horrors, the (silly) postman broke the necklaces into pieces! ):

stacy remade the three necklaces for me & even offered for a meetup incase some rough postman handle the package again.

upon meeting up, stacy asked me to check the necklaces & we had a little chitchat about school! hahahs!

Whoever said it's a less than perfect experience :D Stacy took the efforts to solve the problem I faced (ie. lost package) with utmost patience, unlike nasty sellers who blamed buyers for opting for normal mail.
